What this policy covers

This policy describes how Fusion Payments handles information submitted through this website, fusionpayments.com. Merchant-services relationships — processing accounts, statements, settlement — are governed by separate signed agreements and the rules of the card networks, not by this page. This website does not collect or store cardholder data.

What we collect

Only what you send us. The contact and application forms ask for your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to write in the message field, along with the selections you make (interest, business type, volume range). There is no account system on this site and no login.

What we deliberately do not collect

• No third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social-media pixels run on this site.
• This site sets no cookies of its own. Our hosting and delivery infrastructure (Cloudflare) may set operational cookies for security and performance; those are governed by Cloudflare's policies.
• Fonts and every other asset are served from our own domain — no third-party requests are made from your browser by our pages.

How we use what you send

Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and to prepare for the conversation you asked for — for example, reading a processing statement you bring us. We do not sell or rent submitted information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked us a question.

Who else touches it

Form submissions are delivered to us by an email service provider and our hosting platform. Those providers process the data only to deliver it. We do not share submitted information with anyone else except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept as long as the conversation they belong to is live, and for a reasonable period afterward for our records. You can ask us to delete what you have submitted at any time.

Your choices

To review, correct, or delete information you have submitted through this site, email us or call — both are on the contact page and in the footer of every page. We will act on the request and tell you when it is done.

Children

This site is a business-services site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revision date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be stated plainly, not buried.
